2021 GIFT GUIDE: Gift Ideas for The Baker

 

Looking for gift ideas for your loved one who loves to bake? You are in the right place! As a lover of baking myself, I can confidently endorse all of the gift ideas linked below. My personal favorite baking-inspired gift idea is an online baking class from Williams Sonoma Baking School or Sur la Table. Online classes are much more affordable than in-person classes and can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. Pair a class with one of the gift ideas below, and I know your gift will make your favorite baker feel very special this Christmas.

1. Lemon Bundt Pan – A bundt pan is always a good idea. They make for effortless, but impressive desserts. I also love this one, this one, this, and this one. I told you, I love a good bundt pan!

2. Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste – This one might seem strange but, I promise, the avid baker will recognize it’s significance.

3. Dasher Cookie Cutter Roller – Another baking tool that makes for effortless, but impressive festive cookies.

4. Cinnamon Sugar Soft Pretzel Baking Mix – A baking mix or baking kit is an easy and practical gift that every baker will love. You could also try this mix, or this mix.

5. French Rolling Pin – A french rolling pin is a practical and professional tool that every baker should have in their baking arsenal. You could also gift a marble rolling pin like this one, or an embossing rolling pin like this one or this one. I also love that this one creates a nativity pattern.

6. Sourdough Bread Making Kit – Sourdough bread making is a skill most women these days desire to learn. This kit includes all of the needed items to bake an impressive loaf of sourdough. You could also include a packet of this sourdough starter to give your favorite baker a head start.

7. Glass French Baguette Christmas Tree Ornament – Honestly, this gift is just way too cute, and inexpensive too! Would make a great stocking stuffer!

8. Madeleine Pan – Madelines are one of my favorite desserts to make because they are easy and delicious. They do require a particular pan, though, and a Madeline pan would be such a fun and unique gift. 9. Silicone Perfect Pie Crust Mold – Another great tool to have for pie baking. I also love these pie cutters. They help me achieve impressive pies like this one.

10. Sur La Table Baking Classes – Baking classes are the perfect gift for the hands-on learner or the loved one who loves an activity gift. Caleb and I have been very impressed by the Williams Sonoma Baking School and the Sur La Table Baking Classes. Both cooking schools offer in-person and online courses, with online classes averaging about $25-30. Caleb and I have learned how to make Classic French Cookies and a Christmas Yule Log.
